At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: the most meaningful moments in life happen around the table. As a personal chef, I’ve spent years creating meals that bring people together — and now, through Salt & Taste™, I’m sharing that same passion with home cooks around the world.
Our mission is to make cooking feel joyful, approachable, and deeply personal. Through guided programs, heartfelt recipes, and a supportive community, we help beginners build kitchen confidence and rediscover the beauty of gathering.

MEET THE CHEF

I’m Chef Ashlie — a Las Vegas-trained personal chef with a deep love for food and meaningful connection. I graduated top of my class from The Art Institute of Las Vegas and went on to refine my craft in some of the city’s most iconic kitchens, including the Cosmopolitan, Joël Robuchon, and other top-tier restaurants on the Strip.
In 2022, I stepped into the role of Executive Chef for the startup Chagaroot, where I led recipe development for their meal programs and created a standout vegan mushroom burger — blending innovation with intention.
For the past 7 years, I’ve brought my fine-dining experience into private homes, creating intimate, customized meals that feel just as special as they taste.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me spending time with my rescue pups or recharging at church. I believe food should be full of heart, flavor, and purpose — and that’s exactly what I bring to every plate.
